If I buy a HP laptop in Australia, will it work properly in the Philippines?

I’m wondering if the laptop will work properly even though it is in a different temperature. Sine Australia is somewhat cold and the is so freakin Hot. I don’t want to buy a laptop here in the Philippines because the technologies here are so limited.So please help me!

    HP Laptops are the same design anywhere in the world.
    The only thing you need to check is the power adapter plug and local voltage.
    If the local voltage is 110 or 220 then you should be fine.
